
Geoffrey Dickhaut is a passionate advocate for employees’ rights, dedicated to ensuring workplace fairness and holding employers accountable. Geoff joined Limonjyan Law Group in 2024, where he represents individuals facing wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour violations. With a client-centered approach and a thorough knowledge of California employment law, Geoff works diligently to protect workers’ rights and secure meaningful outcomes—whether through strategic negotiations or courtroom advocacy.
Geoff’s legal education focused on understanding business operations and the legal mechanisms that govern them. His interest in employment law was sparked during a workplace privacy class, where he explored the various ways companies may infringe on employees’ rights and the legal protections available.
Driven by a desire to stand up for employees who have been wronged in the workplace, Geoff transitioned to employment law and became an integral part of the Limonjyan Law team. He is actively involved in all aspects of the litigation process, including drafting complaints, communicating with clients, handling discovery, motion practice, and mediations. His dedication to justice and strong advocacy skills make him a valuable ally for employees navigating workplace disputes.
